Identifying Viable Business Ideas: We teach low-budget techniques for generating business ideas, validate their feasibility, and encourage converts to find opportunities aligned with their skills, interests, and local market demand.
Crafting a Winning Business Plan: We offer practical training on creating a business plan, including defining goals, analyzing the target market, and outlining strategies for growth. Market research techniques and tools equip converts to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
Laying a Strong Foundation: Legal and Financial Fundamentals: We provide an introduction to business structures, registration, licenses, and compliance with regulations. Converts learn the basics of budgeting, accounting, pricing strategies, and managing cash flow.
